Vatika's ownership philosophy centres on long-term livability over short-cycle returns. In November 2024, the group announced that 17 of its projects spanning 9.5 million sq ft across Delhi NCR had received LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, with 11 of those achieving LEED Platinum status — the highest green building designation globally. Notably, several of the certified buildings are more than two decades old and achieved certification without major modifications, which reflects the construction rigour embedded in projects from the group's earliest period. Vatika's in-house facility management arm, Vatika Enviro, is ISO 9001:2015-certified by TUVSUD South Asia and manages more than 80 million sq ft across 115 sites in 8 cities.
Vatika India Next in Gurugram spans 700 acres and functions as a self-contained precinct with housing, retail, schools, and community infrastructure planned from a single master blueprint. A second township, Vatika INXT2, is under active development in Gurugram. In Jaipur, Vatika Infotech City covers 600 acres on the Jaipur-Ajmer Expressway, designed by the New York-based studio u+a. In Ambala, Vatika City Central occupies 174 acres in Sector 23. The group's track record in township planning spans more than three decades.
